Curiosity Killed the Cat
Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing was, after ten years, very used to her pets strange behavioral patterns. He liked to play games, taunting games, to see what sort of reactions he could elicit from her. Integra had learned that giving no reaction at all usually obliterated to problem. There was only one thing wrong with her solution: Integras body seemed to betray her. No matter how hard she tried to prevent it, her scent would spike when he stood too close, her breath would hitch when his hand brushed against hers, and her face would flush when he made explicit innuendos. These reactions were the sole reason that Alucard had never given up on his little game. It drove Integra mad most days. At least, thats what she acted like. Deep down, she wanted him. She wanted him so bad that it made her act gormless, but shed be damned before shed admit it
or would she?
Integra sat placidly at her desk as shed been doing for a majority of nearly every day for the past ten or so years. The day had been quite nice, so Integra had opened the curtains in her office. She wasnt accustomed to doing so, for she had found that her pet vampires had a keen dislike for sunlight. She herself enjoyed it. As the room began to darken a bit, Integra realized that the sun was beginning to set. Tired of reading pointless documents, Integra rose from her seat and stared out of the large bay window behind her desk. The sky was laces with pinks and yellows as dusk crept its way into London. It was absolutely breath-taking
until the room began to get a little shadowy.
Alucard. It wasnt a question. She knew good and well that it was him. He didnt miss a beat.
Good evening, my master. Enjoying the sunset are we?
I was enjoying it until you arrived! Integra scoffed.
Well thats a shame
because I sure am enjoying the privilege to look at you, Master. That classic smirk formed on his insipid face as Integra turned away from him angrily. So began the nightly ritual. Integra decided to get back to work.
Did you need something, Alucard, or did you come up here to annoy me to death as usual?
Actually, Master
his tone became dark and seductive, I was wondering
he took a step closer to her, What your lips might taste like
Integra knew that was coming.
Watch yourself, Alucard. Havent you ever heard that curiosity killed the cat? Integra made sure to let no emotion seep into her words. That sort of reaction usually drove him away for a bit, but to her surprise, he remained where he was.
Very true, Master, he said with brooding eyes, but havent you ever heard the rest of the story?
Integra looked at him, puzzled. He took that as a no.
Curiosity may have killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back. And with that said, he had her pinned to her chair in mere seconds. Integra was in utter shock. He had never stepped this far out of line! And that wasnt all! In a gentle motion, Alucard tilted Integras chin upward and caught her lips in a bruising and passionate kiss. Integra couldnt help but give in, not with his cool lips on hers like that, but as quickly as it had started, it was over. When Integra opened her eyes, she found herself alone once more, her lips still tingling from the force of the kiss. She knew one thing for sure. She was going to kill that bloody cat

Sowwy. I haven't been on in forever. But now that I was on today, I actually used my scanner to upload my pictures rather than using my shitty camera phone. LOL.

Love is not love which alters when it alteration finds, or bends with the remover to remove. Oh, no. It is an ever-fixed mark that looks on tempests and is never shaken.

It was a true test of his self-control, however, when he neared the shadowed cameraman and the guy kept taking his picture. Silently, he vowed never to make Selphie waffles ever again. -"Protecting the Lion" by: DB2020
